Whistleblowing policy statement

Dear Whistleblower,

Pursuant to the applicable legislation of the Republic of Singapore and in keeping with our exacting standards, we hereby notify you that you may disclose any unlawful or unethical conduct (including such conduct as is anticipated) connected with our company (or our personnel) („breach“):

  • you may make a disclosure orally or in writing, whether anonymously or non-anonymously (according to whether or not you furnish us with any of your personal information) by means of the contacts set out below, or in person (at your request);
  • should you decline to furnish personal information, your disclosure shall be treated as anonymous;
  • we shall inform you within 30 days as to how your disclosure has been dealt with (in complex matters, we may require somewhat longer);
  • we shall process any of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policies (including: the safeguarding of your personal data, your right to request particulars of the data we process concerning you, and the like);
  • where you have legitimate grounds to make a disclosure (that is to say, you are not wilfully misusing our reporting system), you shall be entitled to protection against retaliation (this extends to every person who stands in a working or comparable relationship with us);

Matters to be disclosed:

Particulars concerning you (in the case of a non-anonymous disclosure): your name, surname, date of birth and contact address
An account of the breach that has occurred/may occur
By whom this breach is occasioned and by what means
When this breach occurred or might occur
Any further supporting documents/information serving to substantiate the merits of your submission

Each disclosure you submit shall be assessed on an individual basis and, where justified, duly addressed. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your rights, kindly contact the competent officer.
